australian in waiting
I had a brief stopover in Singapore on my way out here, before arriving, trailing my usual clouds of glory, in the middle of October. Bryan, then Brian & Darren were my wonderful hosts for the first few months while I got onto my own two feet. As much as it was great to be back in Sydney, I felt unsettled for a long time: never properly unpacked, not working, not even sure if I would have a visa to work for the longest time. Luckily I had a safety net of friends around me to help me get through uncomfortable times.
Now those things are mostly sorted. I've moved in with my good friend, Tim, in a noice little apartment in gayville, Waterloo, a short walk into Darlinghurst where I work for Massive and where I frequently gym :)
John has recently joined us too, after his travels around Thailand. Together we are the amazing roach-fighting trio, er... Charlie's Fairies? Anyway, you get the idea. More on what's going on in my life in my new Aussie journals, far out!
